Meet Debra Abercrombie
Your space should look like you—not your designer.
Interior Designer. Creative Partner. Experienced Guide.
For more than 30 years, Debra Abercrombie has helped clients create spaces that are beautiful, functional, and deeply personal.
As owner and lead designer of Abercrombie Interior Design, Debra brings decades of residential and commercial interior design experience, a background in both interior design and architecture, and a philosophy centered on one simple idea:
More Than 30 Years of Designing With Purpose
Debra's approach to interior design has been shaped by decades of experience working across residential and commercial spaces, custom homes, new construction, and renovations.
Her education in interior design and architecture gives her the ability to see a project from multiple perspectives—considering not only how a space looks, but how its architecture, function, materials, furnishings, and details work together.
Over the course of her career, Debra has guided clients through projects of every scale, collaborating with homeowners, builders, architects, contractors, and craftsmen to transform ideas into spaces designed to be lived in.
Today, that experience is at the heart of Abercrombie Interior Design and the highly personal approach Debra brings to every project.
Debra has never believed that successful interior design should be recognizable because it follows a designer's signature aesthetic.
Instead, she begins by listening.
How do you live? What are you drawn to? What matters to you? How should your home feel when you walk through the door?
Those answers become the foundation of the design.
Debra's role is to bring an experienced eye, creative perspective, and cohesive vision to the process—helping clients make confident decisions while ensuring the finished space still feels unmistakably their own.
No predetermined look. No one-size-fits-all formula. Just thoughtful design centered around you.
Great design requires creativity. Bringing that design successfully to life requires experience.
Debra's background allows her to move comfortably between the creative and technical sides of interior design, helping clients navigate everything from early construction decisions to the smallest finishing details.

Interior design often means inviting someone into some of the biggest decisions you'll make about your home.
Debra approaches that relationship with collaboration, communication, and an understanding that her role isn't to make decisions for you—it's to help you make them confidently.
Clients can expect an experienced partner who sees the big picture, pays attention to the details, collaborates with the professionals involved in the project, and keeps the client's vision at the center of the process.
Design Is Personal. The Process Should Be, Too.
